Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Delivery Timing & Method:

• Domestic Orders (Japan): Shipped within 5-7 business days via [Domestic Shipping Carrier].

• International Orders: Shipped within 7-14 business days via [International Shipping Carrier]. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

• Art Hikes: Details, including meeting points and schedules, will be communicated via email after booking.

Return & Refund Policy: Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. For art prints, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at jasonfujiwara@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days upon approval.

Art Hikes: Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may incur a cancellation fee.
