• Art Hikes: Starting from ¥10,000 per person per day. 

Additional Fees:

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipping method.

• Handling Fees: None.

• Customs Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

• Art Hikes: Additional costs may include transportation to the hike starting point, personal expenses during the hike and sketchbook and pen.

Payment Timing: Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Delivery Timing & Method:

• Domestic Orders (Japan): Shipped within 5-7 business days via [Domestic Shipping Carrier].

Return & Refund Policy: Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. For art prints, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at jasonfujiwara@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days upon approval.

Art Hikes: Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may incur a cancellation fee.

Participants in Art Hikes are advised to have appropriate fitness levels and attire. A waiver form may be required before participation.
